Impatience is a common challenge that a large number of the millions of overweight and obese share.
The problem is, without the skill of patience, you’ll give up on your weight loss journey before you even begin.
Consider this: how many times have you started a new diet, only to give up when you didn’t see a large weight loss after 3 days, or after one week?
The thing is, weight loss is a long term project. You must stick with it to get it to work.

The guided meditation audio recording is a must have. I used to struggle with impatience and would get frustrated at myself for not getting the results I desired.
